Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Business Manager to drive sales, profitability, and customer experience excellence across an assigned dealership network.

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership

  • Deliver sales, profitability, and customer experience targets across assigned dealerships.
  • Align dealer operations with national business objectives through strategic guidance and tactical support.
  • Contribute to regional campaigns to grow market share and brand presence.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Prepare weekly regional performance reports (including WoW summaries).
  • Oversee daily order intake reporting and monthly dealer forecast submissions (target variance +/-10%).
  • Analyse enquiries, test drives, and order intake to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market insights.
  • Manage Dealer LAM plans and visitation reports, maintaining accurate CRM records.

Dealer Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with Dealer Principals and management teams.
  • Act as the primary contact for dealership support, resolving operational, stock, and logistics queries.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits, delivering structured feedback and performance improvement plans.

 

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Automotive Engineering, or related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive sales, business development, or dealer network management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive regional sales growth and commercial performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing capability.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and strategically minded with practical problem-solving ability.
