Job Description
MG Motor is looking for an experienced Corporate & Fleet Sales Manager to drive the growth of our national fleet business. This role will focus on developing strategic relationships with corporate, government, rental and fleet management partners while delivering strong fleet sales outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing automotive brand and play a key role in expanding our fleet presence across New Zealand.
About the Role
Reporting into the senior sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end fleet sales channel, from identifying new opportunities and managing key accounts through to tender submissions and vehicle delivery. You will work closely with dealerships, fleet management organisations (FMOs), financiers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and deliver on fleet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with corporate, government, rental and fleet customers nationally
Develop and execute fleet sales strategies aligned with product strengths and market opportunities
Identify and secure new fleet accounts across multiple sectors
Lead RFP and tender responses, including Government and AOG opportunities
Work closely with dealerships and internal teams to manage orders and ensure successful delivery
Support fleet partners with product training, presentations and ongoing account management
Coordinate fleet events, demonstrations and customer engagement initiatives
About You
Proven experience in automotive fleet sales, leasing, or fleet management
Strong understanding of vehicle leasing, fleet operations and total cost of ownership models
Experience managing fleet accounts and tender submissions
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to travel nationally as required
