Job Description
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our retail team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating processes, and supporting a busy sales team.
About the Role
Sales Support
Assist the sales team with customer enquiries and follow-ups
Schedule test drives and manage customer appointments
Prepare sales documentation including purchase agreements, invoices, and registration paperwork
Customer Experience
Act as a key point of contact for customers during the purchase process
Provide updates on vehicle availability, delivery timelines, and finance options
Resolve customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Delivery Coordination
Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and orders
Coordinate with dealerships and suppliers to ensure vehicles are delivered on time
Track orders and ensure a smooth handover process for customers
Reporting & Process Improvement
Prepare reports on sales activity and customer feedback
Assist in improving sales processes and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry requirements
About You
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM tools
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
