- Maintain HR data and prepare regular reports and trackers, including recruitment, headcount, probation, onboarding and employee lifecycle information.
- Respond to routine employee and manager enquiries, escalating matters to the Senior People & Talent members where advice, judgement or ER case ownership is required.
- Support lower-risk employee relations processes through meeting coordination, note taking, timeline preparation, draft letters and document management under guidance.
- Assist with policy updates, employee communications, engagement initiatives and People & Talent team projects.
- Provide flexible administration and coordination support to the People & Business Services team from time to time as required.
What you will bring
- At least 12 months’ experience in HR coordination, recruitment coordination, people operations, administration or a similar support role.

- An interest in developing your HR, recruitment and employee relations capability in a hands-on team environment.
- Experience in automotive, retail, consumer goods/FMCG, start-up, scale-up or another fast-paced environment will be highly regarded.
What will help you succeed
- You are practical, organised, and calm when priorities change.
- You enjoy detail and follow-through, but you also like working with people.
- You are comfortable asking questions, escalating early and learning from more senior HR team members.
- You can balance speed with accuracy, especially when preparing documents, trackers and employee information.
- You bring a positive, service-oriented approach and want to build a career in People & Talent.
This role is a strong opportunity for someone who wants broad exposure across HR operations, recruitment and employee lifecycle processes while working closely with close-knit and experienced People & Talent team.
