About the Role
This role blead the execution of data-driven sales plans that optimize performance, enhance dealer effectiveness, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting to facilitate sales growth across multiple regions and channels in a highly competitive automotive market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales forecasts by model, region, and channel.
Execute data-driven sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Maximise key products performance and support new launch programmes
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for model lines and dealerships
Ensure accurate sales reporting and meeting performance targets, collaborating with dealers to drive monthly sales volumes.
Assist in presentations with dealers and internal stakeholders.
Support dealers through bulletins and inquiries
Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales forecasts by model, region, and channel.
Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and historical sales data to identify risks and opportunities.
Monitor dealer stock and pool stock, reduce aged stock
Track and report on sales performance vs. plan and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve market penetration and sales performance.
Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, and internal/external stakeholders
Support and manage sales analyst within team and departments
Develop training and best practices to enhance dealer capabilities.
Support and manage sales planning team
About You
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in the automotive (OEM) industry
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
This role may require travel to a range of locations when required
