About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on proactive, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our digital ecosystem, leading website performance, SEO, CRM integrations, and digital media execution. This is a standalone role ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, managing websites, digital media and customer journey, collaborating with agencies, and delivering real commercial impact. You will be the go-to person for all things digital within a dynamic, high-growth automotive business.

 

Key Responsibilities 

Website Management 

  • Own day-to-day management of the company website and digital platforms. 
  • Update content for launches, campaigns, offers, and pricing. 
  • Coordinate with website providers to ensure performance and functionality. 
  • Build and optimise landing pages for campaigns and lead generation. 
  • Conduct regular UX and content audits. 

SEO & Optimisation 

  • Implement SEO best practices (metadata, redirects, structured data, keyword tagging). 
  • Partner with agencies on keyword strategy, audits, and optimisation. 
  • Monitor and report organic traffic, usability, navigation and site visibility. 
  • CRM & Lead Management 
  • Oversee integration of website forms with CRM systems. 
  • Ensure digital leads are tracked, validated, and correctly routed. 
  • Improve segmentation, data hygiene, and email performance. 
  • Analyse lead conversion and CRM engagement. 

Digital Media 

  • Work with media and social agencies on digital campaigns. 
  • Review creative assets and ad copy for accuracy and compliance. 
  • Monitor KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversion) and consolidate reporting. 

Analytics & Reporting 

  • Analyse digital performance using GA4, Looker Studio, CRM dashboards, etc. 
  • Provide insights and recommendation to optimise ROI and user experience. 

Stakeholder & Agency Management 

  • Serve as the central contact for website, SEO, CRM, and media/social agencies. 
  • Align digital priorities with Product, Sales, IT, CRM, and HQ teams. 
  • Leverage global assets and systems. 

 

About You 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or similar. 
  • 4–7 years in digital marketing (automotive/retail/consumer preferred). 
  • Experience with CMS (Drupal, WordPress, AEM). 
  • Strong SEO, GA4/Tag Manager, and CRM knowledge (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). 
  • Skilled in agency coordination and project management. 
  • Basic HTML/CSS or UX experience desirable.
